NEVOOOOOU!!

Today, we had the last class with one of the our teachers, Marni, and the class ended early than every day, 11:00, because we went to the train station near of the school and to get the train to London. When we arrived, we visited the British Museum, one of the best museums of the world and we loved it. After that, we went to the ice skating in the Hide Park and it was very nice, but one of us fell down on the ice and cut the chin. But she went to the hospital and now she is ok.

Shopping Day!

Our time in Brighton will be ending soon. These are our last three days here and on saturday we will go to Paris, France. Today we went shopping for the last time, at The Lanes, a group of small streets filled with every type of shops and things. There are hundreds of shops with old clothes, CDs, souvenirs, instruments and restaurants. When everybody came to the house we had loooots of shopping bags. It was a very funny day and we discovered a lot of new places in Brighton. See you tomorrow!!

Rock Climbing!

Hello every one, today after the class we had lunch, and got a bus to go to a leisure centre. There we did indoor rock climbing. We needed to help each other, we were responsable for ourself's. It was really really nice! Then we went to Churchill Square and some of us went home, some of us went shopping. Today, all of us were funny, more than the other days, I think.

Today we went to an beatiful garden, that was the place that inspired the writer who wrote the Jungle Book(knwon like Mogli).After the visit to the garden we went to a tipical 5'o clock tea,and there everything was very tasty(a part of the group dind't liked the tea that much!)Then we went to an walk by the sea an it was very cool.

Free day

Today, we could relax so much: we could wake up any time, made shopping and stay in the house.
After one long week, we deserve relax a little bit.
Whatever, our group was divided: the boy's group, which went buy something near the certer of the city, the girl's group, which went made shopping, and the group of Stella, Gabriel, and Mrs. Marte, which stay in the house.
More one week passed, have only more four. We miss all you.

Oxford

Today we woke up at 6:30 to take the bus and meet Nigel and go to oxford. Before arrive in oxford, our bus stopped in Winzor. In Winzor Nigel taught us about the city and we saw many beautiful bildings and a lot of old and historic places, and we had our lunch. After that, we arrived in oxford and we went to some old and big coleges and we lerned about then. Some of us went to the christ church, where one part of Harry Potter was recorder. After that we took the bus again and came back to home. Tomorrow we will have a free day. Bye bye.

The Treasure Hunt!

Today we had a special activity, an amazing treasure hunt around our school.At first we were divided in five groups : Alison and Lucas Romero, Lia and Gabriel Aguiar, Ana Carolina and PV, Luiz and Thais and Gabriel Santiago and Stella.In this game we received a sheet of paper with some clues, then we had to solve these clues, find what they were meaning and take a photo in the spot.Some clues were so strange, so we had to ask the people on the streets to solve them.In the end, the winner group was Alison and Romero, who took all the photos before the others.

After this tiring day we went shopping for a while then came back home. Tomorrow we will go on a trip to Oxford, see you later!

Nos fomos conhecer os Cliffs, e um pub. O mais famoso Cliff é o Seven Sisters, que sao 7 pequenas montanhas. Nos andamos 3 "sisters" e meia... Algumas pessoas apostaram corrida, Pedro ganhou, mas depois passou mal. Apos andar as "sisters" nos andamos mais e uma estrada e fomos para o pub. La comemos batata frita, bebemos coca-cola, e alguns de nos pediram sobremesas. ;D
Hoje foi um dia bastante lotado, mas muito legal.

Seven Sisters and the Pub

Today we went to the school as every day and just after the class finishes we take a bus and went to Churchill Square to meet Mrs. Marte, and then get another bus to go to the Cliffs (Seven Sisters)... When we get there we walked a lot, we walk over 3 and a half Sisters Cliffs. It was great, but many people got tired. Pedro felt sick because he ran the little mountain. After we walked those Cliffs, we walked more to get into the Pub. It was really nice. We ate chips, drunk coke and some of us ate desserts. Today was really fun, I guess everyone enjoyed.

Yesterday we went to the Chelsea match against Apoel Nicosia.
It is a wonderful match,Drogba and Essien scored for Chelsea but Apoel score too,they made two goals.The stadium was busy and loudy.the Apoel fans was louder than the Chelsea fans(that where a lot more).
after the match we went by train for Brighton,that was busy,because of that we had to stand for 1 and a half hour.

Hello! Today after the English class, because the weather was raining, We did the Brighton Quiz, a famous quiz about general knowledge and the winners were the Halla group (Alison, Ana, Lia) and the second place was the Flying Squirrels ( PV, Stella ).
Then, Someone went to house and the others went to the Churchill Square to find Mrs. Marte there, We walked to the streets, We discovered the Land ( a rich place here), the vegetarian shoes (I don't understand very well), the biggest guitar store than we found and ate Fish&Chips, typical food and famous( I love it). Finally, We came to house and had a dinner ( uhuu ). Now we are going to sleep.

Today, we had a free day.Some people went shopping on Brighton's streets and some people wanted to stay at home all day.
The streets were very busy, because Christmas is coming!
Stella and Gabriel found our teacher, Lydia, on a café!

Today we woke up very early in the morning, because we needed to be at the bus stop at 7:00 a.m. When we were in the kitchen eating our breakfast we sang 'Happy Birthday' for Lucas Romero :D, it was funny. After everyone got ready, we left home, and went to the bus stop. The bus was late and we had to wait there for a while. Then, we got the bus and after we had to walk to the Train Station. (..)
When we arrived in London, at Victoria Train Station, we went to Royal London, and inc Buckingham Palace, but we didn't got into. After that we went to see the Guard Ceremony . Next we visit the Trafalgar Square inc National Gallery.

LUNCH. -

After lunch we went to see London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Parliament Square. After that we had an excellent Boat Sightseeing Tour. We also had a great time visiting Madame Tussauds, when our visit ends we got an underground to came back to the Victoria Train Station, to took a train and got back in Brighton. It was great!

(We met a brazilian guy, and we became friends. It was very cool.)

Depois de jogar "Badminton" nos fomos as compras no ASDA(um supermercado gigante,muito famoso por aqui)e preparamos deliciosas pizzas.Brm eu acho que isso é tudo pessoal!:D

Hi!,we are enjoying our trip a lot.Today,we played a typical british game,called Badminton.It looks like Tennis,but the rackets are different and we don't play with a ball but with a "peteca''.It was really,really fun and we have to congratulate Luiz,he won the tournament.

3 of December

Today we woke up very tired because yesterday we've gonna bed to late (1 a.m). We went to school alone for the first time in our travel.In the school we learned about the prepositions and  the sound of the words.We exchanged travel cheques for the first time too.In the school we decided to watch tonight to "New Moon" from the "Twilight saga".I think that will be great.

Hoje fomos para a escola muito cansados porque dormimos muito tarde ontem por causa que ontem fomos ao musical do Rei Leao em londres e so fomos dormir as 1 da manha.Hoje decidimos assistir ao filme" Lua Nova" da saga "Crepusculo"a noite no cinema.Ate a proxima.

We in to the Lyceum Theatre

2 of Dezember

In the morning we had english class, starting 9:30 and ending 12:30. After that, we lunched and stay in internet room (of school)

At 3:00 we arrived at the Train Station, and wait for the other student group, and 4:00 we got the train "Victoria London" and travelled to London!

In London, we stay in a great market, where we could find some nice shops, and finally at 7:30 we enter in the Lyceum Theatre (is wonderfull!)

The musical was "The Lion King" and it's beautiful. The musical had a lot of special effects, many of them there are in the stag.

More or less 11:00 the musical end, and we go to the station very quickly.

Here in Brighton we got a Taxi and came to home, where we must to went to bed quickly.

Bem, na Segunda tivemos nosso primeiro dia de aula na escola, e foi bem legal.

O tempo estava um pouco melhor, choveu so um pouquinho de manha.

Depois da escola, andamos pela Marina e pelo pier.Em seguida, visitamos o Royal Pavillion, e lá é muuuito lindo *-*

Por fim, fomos no shopping de Brighton fazer umas comprinhas.( TEM A LOJA DA DISNEY *-*)

Hoje, fomos para a aula.Comemos o mesmo de sempre(Sanduíche, suco e batata de saco D:) e depois passamos a tarde no boliche e fazendo compras pelo centro da cidade.

Olá seguidores do MochileirosCE, tivemos algumas complicacoes (nao temos cedilha nem o til, pois o teclado é inglês ) pois só tivemos acesso a a um computador na casa hoje. O trajeto de fortaleza até Lisboa foi tranquilo apesar das turbulências. De Lisboa voamos até Londres e assim que desembarcamos nos encontramos com Jean que nos trouxe até nossa casa.

 No sábado nao fizemos nada de importante, além de nos estabelecermos e nos prepararmos para o dia seguinte.

O domingo foi como um dia de reconhecimento da cidade, fomos as compras pela manha e terminamos de colocar tudo em seu lugar na casa. Nós tentamos ir a um restaurante para almocar mas como era domingo, nada estava aberto e fomos pegos por uma fria e forte chuva (forte mesmo, nossa...!)

I´m gabriel and i have 14 years old. I will travell with the monika´s group in the end of the year.
I´m very exited because its my first time out of Brasil and there will be many new and cool things. I will visit many wonderful places and hitorics point, it will be great! I like to do Karatê and edit photos on photoshop, its funny. In Europe I will see and touch snow for first time, and stay out of my country on the crhistmas and know how is it in other culture, and i´m verry curious for it.
summarizing, it will be the best thing that i every did. :D

My name is Alison. I'm 14 years old and I'll travel with Monika's group in November.I've studied English since I was 8 but I began in this class in February, in 2009.

I like to meet other people and travel with my family.I will like this travel. I listen music at the free hours and I know play guitar. I read a lot of books and like to read . I Practice sports and like doing this. This year (2009) I began to practice the sport called Le Parkour( a French name) and I like this.

During this travel I want to meet new friends in the other countries, to learn more English and know the great continent called Europe.I'm exicited with this travel and I ancious...

Hi, I am Pedro Vitor but my friends call me PV. I'm 14 and i've joined this class last year. I love sports which you have to run because i feel free when i'm running. I practice Le Parkour
here in Brazil and i'd like so much to improve my skills in this trip because Parkour was born in France. I love music and my favourite groups are Basshunter and Rise Against. I like to play videogames and spend my time with my family.

I think this trip will be awesome because i've never been to other countries and now i have a chance. I hope we can enjoy this trip in all the possible ways and i bet we won't forget this experience easily.

Sports are my passions, mainly the soccer. In our trip, I would like to pratice radical sports.

I often go to my grandparent's farm and for beach, to swim and play with my cousins.
